The first release, on the Mac App Store.

• The picker. Press ⌥⌘V in any app, type a few letters and press Return: the snippet is pasted where you were typing. ⌘Return copies instead, ⌘1–⌘9 paste a result, and ⌘Y previews it. The picker
• Save from anywhere. ⌥⌘C saves the selected text in any app as a snippet, as does Services ▸ New HandyPaste Snippet from Selection. Saving text
• The library. Folders, drag and drop, keywords, favorites, search that understands abbreviations, and Recently Deleted for 30 days. The library
• Placeholders. Dates in any format and date math, the cursor, the clipboard and questions, all filled in as you paste. With Pro: suggested answers, multi-line answers, choice lists, {{tab}} and {{enter}} for forms, variables and snippets inside snippets. Placeholder reference
• AI apps (Pro). Claude Desktop, Claude Code and other MCP apps can search, fill in and save your snippets. Your Prompts folder becomes their prompts. AI apps (MCP)
