• Snippets are copied, not pasted? HandyPaste needs Accessibility permission to paste. See Troubleshooting.
• The shortcut doesn't work? Change it or fix a conflict.
• A placeholder pastes as typed? Here's why.
• Sync isn't working? Check iCloud.
• Moving from Chrome? Import your extension backup.
• Pro didn't unlock on another Mac? Click Restore Purchases in the Pro window. See Free and Pro.

To help us help you, please include:

• which HandyPaste you use (Mac or Chrome) and its version (HandyPaste ▸ About HandyPaste on the Mac),
• your macOS or Chrome version,
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead,
• the snippet's text, if a snippet doesn't paste as expected. Leave out anything private.

Refunds

HandyPaste Pro is bought through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy and your data

HandyPaste collects no data. Your snippets stay on your Mac and, if sync is on, in your own iCloud. See the privacy policy, including how to delete your data.
